Desiree Gray Offers Personal Representation Through Realistic Communication
Desiree Gray’s objective as a lawyer is to provide clients in Larimer County, CO and surrounding areas with personal representation through realistic communication. She works with clients to create a plan that best meets their needs and the needs of their children. She keeps her clients informed and educated at each stage of their family law case, which helps clients to understand the impact of decisions made in the divorce process.
Honest, Practical, and Informative
Desiree Gray’s approach to each matter is honest, practical, and informative. She doesn’t make false promises or encourage unreasonable positions. Her goal is to provide realistic feedback and to strategize with the client to achieve the result that most closely matches the client’s personal goals. She strongly believes clients should be informed at each step of the process, so that they can make the best decisions for themselves and their children during this difficult time.
Negotiation then Litigation
Not all divorce and family law cases should go to trial. Desiree Gray is experienced in negotiating fair settlements for her clients. She works diligently with clients to create settlements that work for them and their children for years to come. She educates clients on relevant family law and works with them to properly prepare for negotiations and mediation. Desiree understands that it is often in the best interests of her clients and their children to reach agreements on their divorce issues. Clients have more control over the outcome and have a hand in creating the plan that will work for them and their families.
When settlement is not an option, Desiree relentlessly represents her clients at trial, ensuring they are properly educated on the trial process and most likely outcomes. Her clients are prepared and organized for a smooth trial experience.
